L’organizzazione della spedizione inizia dal giorno in cui Acquaservice Termoidraulica srl riceve l’accredito delle somme relative all'acquisto del bene sul proprio conto corrente.

Una volta accreditate le somme relative all'acquisto del bene sul proprio conto corrente, Acquaservice Termoidraulica srl provvederà a spedire il bene acquistato all'indirizzo indicato nel account ebay e paypal dello stesso acquirente entro 30 giorni lavorativi.

Modalità e spese di consegna

10. Quando la ditta Acquaservice Termoidraulica S.r.l riceve la comunicazione scritta nei termini citati al punto 9, provvede ad inoltrare al corriere di riferimento la pratica di rimborso assicurativo. Al ricevimento del rimborso assicurativo Acquaservice Termoidraulica srl provvederà alla sostituzione della merce danneggiata.
11. Per eventuali problemi inerenti la qualità dei prodotti ed il mancato funzionamento, leggere il punto garanzia, e segnalare fornendo dichiarazione di conformità della ditta installatrice.
12. In caso di giacenza presso i magazzini del corriere a causa di reiterata impossibilità di consegna al recapito indicato dal Cliente all’atto dell’ordine, il cliente dovrà provvedere a propria cura e spese al ritiro della merce ed i relativi costi di giacenza gli saranno addebitati.
13. Nel caso in cui l'indirizzo di destinazione della merce risultasse errato e l'oggetto venduto dovesse tornare indietro o essere depositato presso il corriere di riferimento, le spese di riconsegna verranno addebitate al cliente.

Diritto di recesso

14. Zur Ausführung der empfangenen Bestellung sorgt Acquaservice Termoidraulica s.r.l. für die Lieferung des bestellten Artikels mit Versandschein und Faktura zu Käufer mit Mehrwertsteuernummer (die Nummer muss im Bestellunsvorgang übertragen werden); zu den Käufern ohne Mehrwertsteuernummer wird der bestellte Artikel mit Versandschein und fiskalischen Schein geliefert. Die erforderlichen Daten müssen im Bestellungsvorgang übertragen werden.
Nach Ausgabe der Faktura oder des fiskalischen Scheins sind Änderungen nicht mehr möglich.
6. Wenn die angegebene Mehrwertsteuernummer nicht in den geeigneten internationalen Prüfungslisten verzeichnet oder nicht mehr betriebsam ist, wird Acquaservice Termoidraulica srl keine Faktura ausgeben und, um sich nicht strafbar machen, das Ereignis den zuständigen Behördnis anzeigen.
7. Die Lieferungskosten werden immer vom Käufer bezahlt und werden als Zuschlag zum gekauften Artikel fakturiert.
8. Mit Lieferung verstehen wir die Übergabe auf Erdgeschoss. Der Käufer muss den Kurier jede eventuelle zusätzliche verlangene Leistung unmittelbar zahlen.Am gleichen Zeitpunkt der Annahme des Artikels ist der Käufer verpflichtet unmittelbar überzuprüfen dass:
- die Nummer der Frachtstücke der in dem Versandschein bezeichneten Nummer entspricht;
- die Verpackung nicht beschädigt ist;
Mögliche Beschädigungen der Verpackung oder des Produktes oder eine fehlende Entsprechung der Nummer der Frachtstücke oder der Angaben müssen dem Kurier unmittelbar schriftlich mit Unterschreibung bestritten werden. Nachdem das Dokument des Kuriers unterschrieben worden
ist, kann der Käufer nichts mehr den aüsseren Eigenschaften des Produktes bestreiten.
Auf jeden Fall muss man immer VOLLSTÄNDIGE FRACHTSTÜCKE, ICH BEHALTE MIR VOR DIE QUALITÄT UND MENGE DER WARE ZU KONTROLLIEREN.
9. Eventuelle Probleme inhärent der materiellen Vollständigkeit oder Entsprechung der Produkte müssen innerhalb 8 Arbeitstage (von der Annahme der Ware an) signalisiert werden. Der Käufer ist verpflichtet ein Einschreiben mit Rückschein oder ein e-mail zu fabiapatavia@acquaservice.it. zu senden.
10. Sobald Acquaservice Termoidraulica S.r.l die schriftliche Kommunikation bekommt wie es im Punkt 9 beschrieben wird, fängt mit dem Kurier einen Rückerstattungs Vorgang an. Nach Eingang der Rückerstattung wird Acquaservice Termoidraulica srl die beschädigte Ware ersetzen.
11. Auf Grund eventueller Probleme inhärent der Qualität und des fehlendes Funktionieren des Produktes, lesen Sie bitte den Garantie Punkt, und signalisieren Sie es bitte mit einer Gemässheitsbestätigung der Installationsfirma.
12. Sollte die Ware, auf Grund einer mehrmaligen Unmöglichkeit der Übergabe an der Adresse die der Kunde uns während des Bestellungsvorgang mittgeteilt hat, beim Lager des Kuriers bleiben, ist der Käufer verpflichtet die Ware selbst abzuholen und eventuelle Lagerbestandskosten zu zahlen.
13. Sollte die Adresse an der die Ware geliefert werden muss falsch sein und der verkaufte Artikel zurück gesendet oder beim Korrier Lager bleiben, dann werden die neuen Versandskosten vom Käufer bezahlt.

Recht zum Rücktritt

14. Ist der Käufer ein Letztverbraucher (beziehungsweise ein Käufer der ohne Mehrwertsteuernummer ein Artikel kauft), steht ihm das Recht zum Rücktritt vom KaufVertrag zu, bis auf wie in Punkt 16 bezeichnet ist.
15. Um vom Kaufvertrag rücktreten zu können, ist der Käufer verpflichtet innerhalb 8 Arbeitstage (von der Annahme der Ware an) eine Rücktrittsmitteilung nach Acquaservice Termoidraulica srl zu senden. Der Rücktritt muss per Einschreiben mit Rückschein zum Gesellschaftssitz geschickt werden (vorweg per e-mail oder fax bekannt geben). Sobald die Mitteilung ankommt wird Acquaservice Termoidraulica s.r.l dafür sorgen, dass den Käufer die erförderlichen Anweisungen über die Rückgabemodalitäten der Ware mittgeteilt werden. Acquaservice Termoidraulica s.r.l. muss die Ware innerhalb 8 Arbeitstagen von der Zustimmung an bekommen.
16. Das Recht zum Rücktritt untersteht allerdings zu den folgenden Bedingungen:
- Das Recht wendet sich an das gekaufte Produkt in seiner Vollständigkeit an;
- Das Recht wendet sich nicht an Produkte die versiegelt, verbunden, aufgebrochen, oder benutzt nach Öffnung der Verpackung sind.
- Das gekaufte Artikel muss vollständig sein und in der originalen Verpackung zurückgeschickt werden;
- Der Käufer muss die Lieferungskosten der Rückgabe bezahlen;
- Der Käufer ist für die Lieferung und für eventuellen Diebstahl oder Beschädigungen während der Lieferung verantwörtlich, bis wann das Produkt bei Acquaservice Termoidraulica s.r.l annkommt;
- Sollte nach Rückgabe die originale Verpackung beschädigt sein, wird Acquaservice Termoidraulica s.r.l von der Rückzahlung eine prozentual (nicht mehr als 10%) als Rückstellungskosten abhalten.
17. Mit Ausnahme zu eventuellen Rückstellungskosten für Beschädigungen der originalen Verpackung die festgestellt werden, Acquaservice Termoidraulica s.r.l. wird den Käufer, innerhalb 30 Tagen vom Einfahren der Ware an, den schon bezahlten Betrag per Bankgutschrift an den Bankkoordinaten die der Käufer mitteilt (der Käufer muss der Kontoinhaber sein) zurückzahlen (Lieferungskosten ausgeschlossen).
18. Das Recht zum Rücktritt verfällt(siehe punkt16) wenn Acquaservice Termoidraulica s.r.l. feststellt dass:
- Die externe Verpackung fehlt;
- Teile des Produkts fehlen;
- Das Produkt beschädigt worden ist;
- Das Produkt Benutzt worden ist;
In diesen Fällen wird Acquaservice Termoidraulica s.r.l das Produkt dem Käufer zurückschicken, und der Käufer wird die Lieferungskosten bezahlen.

Gewährleistung
